It was just by chance that this company came to give me a quote on another job and after talking found out that it was quite more than what I was looking for. I was pleased with the promptness the on time the quality of the work that was being presented before my eyes. I've been here 3 years at my property with no phone lines that were active in any of the guest rooms and if something should have happened I don't even need to say anymore let's just say there would have been a lawsuit due to lack of communication to my guests being able to contact me or me trying to contact the guest or any kind of emergency was to transpire it would have been a travesty. It took Scotty 3 weeks of diligent proactiveness in order to get the equipment up to standards and beyond that. There was a deadline that was put in place and I have to say he met the deadline which was just in time for the annual event the golf tournament Masters. After 3 years of no phone service we finally have working phone services in the guest rooms not to mention we also have Wi-Fi connectivity due to Scotty's diligence and making sure that was up and running so that the phone lines can run in proper order. I would like to say that his professionalism and the amount of detail that it took the amount of time and effort that he used to be the go-between the two different companies in order to spearhead what was necessary for this company now to be at 100% in communications. But what I would like to also address the integrity that this person Scotty used which blew me away because there are not very many companies that we know of that is honest and genuine when it comes to good quality work. As a result he is now a vendor for my company and I look forward to a promising future with lions pride security low voltage company.
